Project Connect's first project : BanKruat / Buriram Thailand



Here is a list of goals Project Connect has set to meet.

1. Scholarships for our three students - total scholarship money needed : $5700
$2000 per year each college student - We currently have two students in college.
$1700 per year for each high school student - We currently have one student in high school.

2. Rebuilding the kindergarden/cafeteria/kitchen/multipurpose building at School 2 : $4800
this building currently sits about 18 inches below ground level and is unusable when it rains.
In addition, several of the support beams are dangerously rotten and the roof is full of holes

3. Building 4 bathrooms at 12 Tai schools : $1200

4. Rebuilding the library at school 3 : $4000

The teachers and children have worked hard to collect books and create a library for themselves,
but the building that houses it all is in need of extensive repair.
The roof is peppered with holes and it sits about 4 inches
below ground level, jeopardizing many of the books and equipment when it rains.
